Consent to Receive Text Messages

Text messaging from Kare Pharmacy is entirely optional. We will never send you a text message unless you have explicitly checked the SMS opt-in checkbox on one of our web forms. By checking that checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Kare Pharmacy at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Types of Messages

Depending on which form you opted in on and whether you are a current patient, you may receive text messages regarding:

  • Replies to inquiries you submit through our contact form
  • Pricing quotes you request through our website
  • Information about a specific treatment you asked about
  • Prescription ready notifications
  • Refill reminders
  • Order status updates
  • Appointment reminders
  • Important medication alerts
  • General pharmacy updates (hours, holiday closures, service announcements)

You will not receive text messages from us for any category you have not opted in to, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on which form you opted in on. If you opted in through our contact form, price-request form, or a treatment-information form, you will typically receive only a small number of messages related to that request. If you are a current patient who has opted in, you may receive multiple messages per month based on your prescription activity and refill schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Kare Pharmacy is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

  • Visiting our pharmacy in person

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Kare Pharmacy unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Your mobile number and the information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with service providers who assist us in delivering text messages.
