Refund Policy

All sales are final. Kare Pharmacy does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits on any compounded medications or pharmaceutical products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. All Sales Final
All compounded medications dispensed by Kare Pharmacy are custom-made to order based on individual patient prescriptions. Because each medication is specifically compounded for the patient, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and compounding has begun, the sale is final and non-reversible.
This policy applies to all products and services provided by Kare Pharmacy, including but not limited to compounded medications, pharmaceutical products, and any associated services.
2. No Returns Accepted
Kare Pharmacy cannot and will not accept returned medications for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Therapy changes or discontinuation by the prescriber
- Adverse reactions or side effects
- Unused or partially used portions of medication
- Patient dissatisfaction with the product
- Insurance or coverage changes
- Relocation or inability to use the medication
Under federal and state pharmacy law, returned medications cannot be restocked, redispensed, or resold once they have left the pharmacy. This policy exists to protect patient safety and comply with all applicable regulations.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Risk of loss and title for all shipped medications transfers to the patient upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Kare Pharmacy is not responsible for any delays, damage, theft, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.
- Patients are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses
- Reshipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the patient will be charged in full as a new order
- Kare Pharmacy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Any claims regarding shipping must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
- Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments at Kare Pharmacy's discretion
4. Controlled Substances
Controlled substances, including but not limited to testosterone (Schedule III) and ketamine (Schedule III), are subject to additional restrictions under the Controlled Substances Act and DEA regulations. Returns of controlled substances are strictly prohibited by federal law. No exceptions will be made.
5. Pharmacy Errors
In the rare event of a verified pharmacy error — such as dispensing the wrong medication or incorrect strength — Kare Pharmacy will investigate and, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate course of action to correct the error.
- Patients must notify Kare Pharmacy within 48 hours of receipt to report a suspected error
- Kare Pharmacy reserves the right to investigate and verify any claimed error before taking action
- Correction of a verified error does not entitle the patient to a refund or credit
- Kare Pharmacy's determination of whether an error has occurred is final
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a fraudulent chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for a validly dispensed medication constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:
- Immediate termination of all pharmacy services
- Referral to collections for outstanding balances
- Reporting to appropriate federal and state authorities
- Pursuit of all available legal remedies
By using Kare Pharmacy's services, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any validly dispensed medication or service rendered.
7. Changes to This Policy
Kare Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
